Txtspeech is a Windows only Text to Speech application. It uses Microsoft’s SAPI Technologies to speak whatever you enter into it’s text box. We recommend downloading the EXE file for installation, but experienced users can download ZIP or RAR if needed.

Please note that txtspeech is only Compatible with the NT versions of Microsoft Windows, such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

If you have Windows XP, you might not have .NET Framework 4 which is required for running the program. Download .NET Framework 4 here.
